The absolute worst company I've ever delt with, customer service is at an all time low, have been without heat, hot water, and stove for two weeks. Turned the tank off due to their neglect in doing frequent checks on propane level. Been a faithful customer for 12 yrs. Will definitely be calling and switching companies. Definitely needs a lesson on how to do business!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the WORST place I have ever had to deal with. Ignorant and rude customer service who lie to you, put you on hold and then disconnect you. Take your money and a week later your still waiting for gas in 20 degree weather. HORRIBLE.

We are a business with an account with amerigas and have been waiting 23 days for our exchange cage to be refilled. For the second time in a row order wise. When we call, and that is almost everyday, we are told “we are so sorry you are having this problem” and (whomever you speak with)” we promise to get that to you in two days maximum”. 23 days later…… Looking into using Blue Rhino in the future. Seeeya “Am an ass” !!!! We are going to give our business to someone who, hopefully, at least can be honest with customers about product shortages instead of shining us on.

I am a newer customer, having only ordered twice, but the customer service and responsiveness is the absolute worst! First off, being new to natural gas, I didn't occur to me that it works just like fuel for your vehicles, the price changes frequently. What I was told was $1.669 for my initial delivery and $1.699 thereafter. Fast forward two months and I need another fill up. Now the price is $2.089 and my delivery window (which is 10 days) has come and gone, I'm nearly out and I call customer service to find out where my delivery is. She was rude, unsympathetic and and generally uncaring. It's now 3 days past my delivery window and I still don't know when or if I am getting a delivery. Piss poor service, attitude and business model. I don't care if I have to pay more per gallon to go elsewhere, I won't stand for that treatment.

Amerigas is the worst! They have been a nightmare to work with. Forget trying to get a call back from the area manager after promises of hearing from them within 48 hrs of contact. Our tank was pulled 12/4/20 and they have violated the Nevada Board of Regulation of Liquified Petroleum Gas. 1) They have failed to refund the unused gas or tank rent in the 15 days of tank removal. Even after 6 calls, 2 being to corporate. 2) They charged a service fee to remove the tank, another Nevada violation. It makes me wonder how many unsuspecting Nevadans have been scammed illegally by this company? Their license to operate should be revoked in Nevada
